KLM World Business Class Cabin – A330

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines is the national flag carrier for the Netherlands. They serve a whopping 8.7 million passengers across 314 destinations in 116 countries every year. Founded in 1919, It is the oldest airline still in operation under the same name.

KLM has taken 2018 to totally revamp all of their aircraft’s business class cabins to a new “World Business Class” experience. This includes Boeing 787, 777, an 747 – and by the end of November the entire A330 fleet.

Their new World Business Class is comprised of beautiful lie-flat seats in a 2-2-2 configuration (or 2-2 on Boeing 747s). This allows for maximum space to spread out and great views from their large windows.  The cabin was designed by famous Dutch designer Hella Jongerius, and features a focus on comfort with royal blue, white, and magenta accents.

Before You Arrive

KLM’s ‘Sky Priority’ service for Business travellers begins when you get to the airport – with priority security, baggage, check-in, and lounge access.

On board you’ll experience friendly personalised service to meet your every need.

Features and Amenities

Enjoy brand new fully lie-flat seats that recline to a bed that is 20” wide and has 63” of pitch.  The full recline length is a generous 78”.

Each seat comes equip with power outlets, USB and HDMI ports, and a 17” screen with touchscreen remote for inflight entertainment.  By the end of 2019, all of their aircraft’s will be equipped with WiFi.

You will also receive noise cancelling headphones and a luxury comfort bag from Dutch designer Jan Taminiau with male and female editions in 12 different colours.

Dining

KLM features award-winning Dutch chef-inspired meals and a convenient ‘Anytime for You’ service.  Along with your three course meal, each guest is welcome to a selection of five additional dishes at any point during their flight, to be prepared and served restaurant style.

Guests are also treated to the iconic Dutch Delft Blue House – a unique porcelain keepsake filled with gin.
