Whilst working as an account manager for a market-leading assistive listening tech company for seven years until early 2021 I learnt important skills to keep my clients happy. No matter how big or small the client, I prided myself on a consistent outstanding service to all with a meticulous attention to detail, personable approach and ability to perform under pressure.
This has translated well to my role here. I am excited to be working with an array of fantastic clients and deliver my personal standards in exceptional service, parallel with the ethos of Your Travel. I like to have a professional-personal balance, where appropriate. If there isn’t an urgent matter to attend immediately, let’s have a quick chat about the weekend. I like to learn about my clients and find something in common.
I fancy myself as a bit of a cook and one travel aspiration of mine is to explore Italy and it’s food up and down the Amalfi Coast. I’d also love to be invited into restaurant kitchens world-wide to see chefs at work with the intention of picking up inspiration and new techniques. Prior to commencing at Your Travel, I consider myself fairly well travelled. I am lucky enough to have spent several months living in Sydney working as a street fundraiser to fund my experience in the city. I also spent a month in beautiful Bali.
My future aspirations include progressing in my role at Your Travel and to one day manage a team. For now, I want to continue growing alongside the company and excelling in service. I want all my clients to understand that I’m here day and night to aid their next itinerary. It is also important to me that I provide a business travel experience that clients would be willing to recommend.
