Qatar Airways is the state owned flag carrier for Qatar, with a main hub at Hamad International Airport (DOH).  They are a member of the OneWorld alliance and were also the first gulf carrier to join a major airline alliance.

Qatar’s celebrated international First Class Cabin in the A380 aircrafts is elegantly designed with eight seats in a 1-2-1 configuration.  Each seat is extra comfortable with plush padding and converts to an 81” lie flat bed.  The cabin is muted silver with purple mood lighting and wood accents.

Before You Arrive

You will enjoy fast-tracked immigration, priority boarding, and baggage claim.  You’ll also get access to the tranquil and beautiful Al-Safwa Lounge in DOH, with personalised service, a la carte dining, and private shower rooms.

Private Suite

Your semi-private (the middle seats have a privacy screen) suite features a fully flat, extra-wide 23” bed with Frette linen, pillows and a soft duvet.  You will receive a luxury Bric’s amenity kit, a comfy sleeper suit by White Company, and noise cancelling headphones.

Dining

Before takeoff, each flight begins with a welcome glass of Krug champagne and a light snack.  During your journey you can order from a delicious menu of signature internationally inspired dishes.  You can also Pre-Select your meals up to 24 hours prior to your flight.

Qatar Airways First Class offers the best full service bar in the sky, with long snaking sofas to encourage mingling and a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy a high quality drink.  Attendants offer everything from fine wines, beer, cocktails and spirits, to a full coffee bar selection with delicious treats.

Features and Amenities

Each seat comes equip with free WiFi, power outlets, USB and HDMI ports, and a 16” HD monitor with touchscreen remote for in-flight Oryx One entertainment.  There is also lots of stowage space for personal belongings.
