Paying for the company’s travel on invoice saves a lot of time and effort. However, Your Travel Corporate work closely with American Express to offer an alternative. An American Express Lodge Account offers a huge list of extra benefits to be had when managing business travel.

You can have multiple card holders on the same account, meaning each traveller can have their own card to book their business travel. This can be monitored from one central login, which makes it easier to keep track on individuals spends.

Rewards

You will acquire 1.5 Avios points for every £1 spent on the card. These points can then be used to pay for further business trips or upgrades. Your Travel Corporate can fully manage the Avios account for you and let you know when you have enough for a trip or an upgrade, making this process as easy as possible. You will earn 50% more On Business points (company points). Also, there is a 2,500 On Business point bonus when you spend £25,000 or more in a year. Billing

With an American Express Lodge Account, you have up to 55 days invoicing. With 10 billing cycle options available it makes it so simple to manage cash flow.

Benefits for the travellers

  • Travel Accident Protection up to £225,000 protects the traveller while traveling on public transport booked using the Card, including taxis
  • Travel Inconvenience Protection protects the Cardmember in the case of flight and baggage delays while traveling on scheduled flights booked using the Card
  • Baggage & Possessions Protection protects the traveller if their items are lost, stolen or damaged on travel booked using the Card

Global Cash Access

You can choose to provide worldwide cash access to card holders travelling on business, as part of your company programme.

Global Assist

Each card holder that travels will have access to Global Assist. This emergency hotline is to be used on any international or domestic business trip. It’s a phone service that will have you connected to an English-speaking medical or legal assistant at any time of the day.

The American Express Lodge cards also support contactless and Apple pay.
