NEW Radisson Blu Hotel Prague
Radisson Blu have opened a new hotel in Prague following a renovation and rebranding of the Sheraton Prague Charles Square Hotel. Prague is a city that consistently ranks as one of the top 10 destinations in the world. Yilmaz Yildirimlar, senior vice president of central and southern Europe said “We’re excited to open this historic hotel in a prime location. It is our first leased property in south-eastern Europe and represents our confidence in this market.”
The new hotel secures a superb location on Charles Square, between the city’s Old and New Towns. It resides within an elegant Art Nouveau building and secures views of Prague Castle. The Radisson Blu Prague is sure to be a hit with business and leisure travellers alike. “We see the Radisson Blue Hotel Prague as the perfect business hub and a superb venue for the conferences, meetings and events sector.”
The Radisson Blu Prague features 160 luxurious guest rooms and suites. Despite the building’s classical, Art Nouveau architecture, the interior design adds complementing modern conveniences. All rooms include free WiFi, coffee and tea facilities, in-room safe, TV, steam iron and ironing board and a professional hairdryer.
Rooms include ‘Standard’, ‘Superior’, ‘Premium’ and ‘Family’ and range from 24m2 to 38m2 . In a Premium Room you can expect additional features such as a lounge and work area, turndown surface with bottled water and bathrobe and slippers.
Suites range from 38m2 to 70m2 with upscaled amenities and upgraded coffee stations, services, bathrobes and slippers. Some of the larger, more premium suites are bi-level with large, separate living and bedroom spaces, ideal for longer stays.
The Radisson Blu Prague offers eight meeting rooms, all fitted with the latest technology and flexible furnishing arrangements. 150 delegates can be comfortably seated in the largest of the rooms, while the smaller rooms are more suited for intimate meetings or smaller brainstorming sessions. Meeting packages are available and include projectors and screens as well as whiteboards or flipcharts. Furthermore, you could benefit from trendy catering and a dedicated event manager. Free WiFi is available throughout.
A 24/7 fitness centre is available on site as well as laundry services and valet parking. There is the option to dine in the sophisticated restaurant or benefit from 24-hour room service. The rooftop cocktail bar wows with views of Prague’s lively streets and Prague castle. These views can also be enjoyed from the balconies of the rooms and suites on higher levels.
Tobias Krappen, General Manager of the Radisson Blu Hotel Prague said, “We’re proud to welcome our guests with the full Radisson Blu experience, including it’s personalised service and exquisite atmosphere. For leisure and business travellers, we are the perfect partner to help create the most memorable travel experiences in one of Europe’s most exciting cities.”
