Mövenpick Hotel Amman (owned by Accor) recently opened it’s doors to guests. It is the Swiss brands first property in the capital and it’s 6th in Jordan. The hotel is aptly located in the west of the city, close to the central business district. Additionally, the hotel is also close to popular shopping malls and major cultural attractions. Nearby sights include the Citadel, Temple of Hercules, Roman Amphitheatre and the Royal Automobile Museum. With the Queen Alia International Airport a mere half an hour taxi ride away, the Mövenpick Hotel Amman is an ideal base for leisure and business travellers alike.

Rooms and Suites

Mövenpick Hotel Amman benefits from a range of quality accommodations from midscale to luxury across 218 rooms and suites. Superior and Executive rooms cover 24sqms and offer city views. A range of suites all occupy 48sqms and city views. Prices vary depending on the inclusion of executive lounge access and/or jacuzzi’s.

The Presidential Suite is quite the exception. Covering 75sqms on the top floor, this suite is without a doubt the best spot for sweeping views across Amman. There is also a balcony with jacuzzi to soak in the skyline. A modern kitchenette is at hand for making your own meals and providing a full ‘home away from home’ experience.

All rooms and suites at Mövenpick Hotel Amman have access to high speed WiFi. LED HD TV’s, air-conditioning and in-room safes also feature throughout. Stays can be booked with or without breakfast.

Services and Facilities

It is expected Mövenpick Hotel Amman is to become a destination for meetings and events. This is in part due to it’s seven meeting rooms and grand ballroom which can accommodate up to 1,200 people. An executive lounge provides a small haven for business travellers to socialise in, relax, work or enjoy some complimentary snacks and drinks.

From a more leisurely perspective, the hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, a gym, sauna and steam room. All perfect options to let off some steam after a busy day. If you would rather not venture far for a bite to eat, Mövenpick Hotel Amman has four restaurants to choose from.
