British Airways Club World (Business Class) Cabin – Boeing 777

British Airways is the flag carrier for the United Kingdom and founding member of the OneWorld global alliance.  It is the largest airline in the UK based on fleet size, and the largest operator of Boeing 747-400 aircrafts, with 41 total registered.

Their Club World cabins on all Boeing aircrafts have recently been refreshed for a dramatic boost in quality. Ahead of a bigger renovation on the A350s due in 2019.  The metallic finish in the pod-style seats and mood lighting create a high-tech vibe.  The cabin has a 2-4-2 formation, with seats facing each other in an angled switchback style. The comfortable seats convert to 6’ lie-flat beds.

Features and Amenities

Your pod comes with a super soft duvet, mattress topper, and pillows to help you sleep throughout the flight.  The seat converts to a fully lie-flat bed, while still allowing plenty of stowage space for personal items, and drawers for shoes and jackets.

Each seat comes equip with power outlets, USB ports, and a 10.4” HD monitor with touchscreen remote for hundreds of hours of in-flight entertainment. You will be provided with noise cancelling headphones and an eye mask to maximise privacy and comfort.

You will also receive a luxury amenity kit from Elemis with toiletries, skin essentials, flight socks, a pen, and more.

Dining

British Airways Club World offers 3 course meals with a focus on healthy options and destination-designed fare. There is also a stocked pantry area called ‘Club Kitchen’ in the galley with snacks, fruit, soft drinks, water, coffee and tea available throughout the flight to grab and go.

Their drink menu features a selection of old and new world wines, along with a selection of beers, spirits, and of course champagne.  The new cabins also feature a delicious selection of hand roasted Union coffees.
