I have been an executive assistant booking corporate travel for many years now and I have never worked with a better travel management company. Whilst working at the UK head office of a global investment company, my fellow assistants and I started working with Your Travel Corporate to manage our executives’ frequent business trips.

After a year of working together, and a relationship that was going exceptionally well, the company headquarters insisted that we use the same TMC that was being used by themselves in Singapore. The following year was incredibly tough. This TMC was making our jobs much more difficult! It took some time, but our collective pleas were listened to and the UK HQ returned to Your Travel Corporate in 2022.

I can honestly say that in all my experience of working with business travel agencies, I have never worked with a team as detailed and dedicated to their service as the staff at Your Travel Corporate. Nothing was ever an issue, even the out-of-hours requests. If problems arose with any itineraries whilst on the move, the YTC team found a more than suitable solution and they found it fast. Richard Moss, who I worked with across both periods, and Rich Hurn who I have also worked with since 2022, really understood our requirements. They could think outside of the box and find travel options better than we had considered ourselves, which I have never experienced from anyone else in their industry. Overall, what was a challenging role in a fast-moving corporation was painless with Your Travel Corporate alleviating the weight of all our business travel requirements.

Whilst I have recently moved on from this industry to focus full time on my own venture, I truly hope to continue a long and fruitful relationship. I wouldn’t hesitate to book all of my corporate travel and even my own leisure travel with Your Travel Corporate.
